Description

Model M632 is high accuracy programmable real-resistance decade with range from 1 Ω to 1.2 MΩ. Basic accuracy is 0.003 %, best resolution on the lowest range is 10 µΩ. Decade consists of highly stable foil resistors switched with combination of relays. Apart from resistance function, the M632 can be also used as an RTD temperature sensor simulator (temperature setting in degree Celsius or Fahrenheit).
Instrument can be controlled via RS232, USB, LAN or GPIB interface. Decade use internal power supply with very low noise level.
Instrument can be used also for AC application. Typical frequency response is in the datasheet.

Typical use

Resistance decade is determined for calibration laboratories for ohmmeter and multimetr testing and for industry as device for quality testing as well.
Decade can be ordered as 19" module for easy assembling into a 19" rack. Module height is 3HE.
